Equipment Orientations                                                                                         

Each new member will receive a free equipment orientation.  Our certified trainers will help you learn how to use our Circuit Equipment and help you design a personalized workout.

Golf Driving Range

So you want to keep up your driving distance during the winter months?  We have just the thing for you.  We have an Indoor Golf Driving Range.  This is the perfect place to improve your swing and range.  Iif you are a new golfer get in and  learn how to swing that club.

Either way this is a chance for you during those cold or rainy days to continue to work on your game!

Handball & Racquetball

Included in your membership is access to two racquetball / handball courts.  Reservations can be taken up to a week in advance.  Several leagues meet weekly, including a women’s/men’s mixed league, and the Professional Handball Association.  Racquets and balls are available at the front desk.

Court costs are $6.00 per hour. Packages are available.

Spinning/Cycling

Join the latest crazes in fitness.  Our spinning program, yoga and pilates classes rate top notch.  For cycling, we have Lemond Revmaster bikes in a seperate room dedicated for spinners. Our large variety of classes can stimulate the beginner or challenge the most competitive rider. Reservations can be made up to one week in advance.

Weight Lifting Room

Amerifit is proud to offer two separate rooms dedicated to the serious weightlifter.  We provide chalk, heavy duty equipment and a hard core environment. With dumbbells that go to 160 lbs, we can challenge anyone!   

One Intermediate Weight Lifting Room                                                                

This room is great for the new weight lifter.  It has everything you need to have a great workout and get all the intensity your will need. 

The benefits are as various as the types of people who lift weights. Besides the obvious benefit of added muscular strength & self esteem, weight training can offer the following other benefits.
